Full-time Team Members are eligible to receive the following:

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for employment at Bethany, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Able to apply for and receive Child Abuse, State Police and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
  • Can certify fitness for duty by a physician no more than 30 days prior to employment and every two years thereafter
  • Be able to comply with all physical training requirements
  • Have a valid drivers’ license with 3-year clear driving history

Cottage Support Staff

Bethany has immediate openings for full-time positions working directly with adolescent youth. 

Cottage Support Staff assist with the creation and facilitation of the daily plan of activities in a safe and nurturing environment. Cottage Support Staff are responsible for providing compassion, structure, care and guidance within a cottage setting.

If you’re experienced in working with at-risk adolescents in a home-like environment, we would love to hear from you. Preferably, candidates have at least one year of experience working with adolescents as a therapeutic support staff, BSC or similar role.

Director of Human Resources

Bethany Children’s Home is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Human Resources team. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for administering all HR functions and must demonstrate proficiency in the areas of leadership, business and interpersonal relations. The ideal candidate will act as a team member champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s human resource function and performance. Preference will be given to those individuals with human services experience, primarily in the area of children, youth and family services.

Live-In Resident Advisor
Our Independent Living program is in need of Resident Advisors to provide compassion, structure, care and guidance in a residential setting. This is a live-in position with primary on-duty responsibilities Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience with life skills instruction to teens in a group-home setting and be committed to youth success through active engagement and support. Two positions are available—one working in a cottage with male residents and one working in a cottage with female residents.

Helping Hands

Bethany Children’s Home Helping Hands is a temporary residential shelter care service, and the purpose of this humanitarian program is to reunite children, ages 0 – 18, with parents or other family members that already live here in the United States. These young children arrive primarily from the countries of El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.

MUST be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish for every position.

Currently we are actively hiring for the Helping Hands Program!
